Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These items marked as non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will take full responsibility to resolve it promptly.
We offer exchanges for size or defective items, subject to availability. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
