At Aarvika, every jewellery piece is carefully inspected and securely packed before it leaves us. We truly hope you'll love your purchase, but if something isn't right with your order, we're here to help and make it right.

Return Eligibility

As jewellery is a personal-use product, we currently accept returns or replacements only if:

You received a damaged or defective item.
You received the wrong product.

To be eligible, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your Order Number
Clear photos of the product and packaging
An unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution, if available)

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all tags, cards, and accessories.

Replacement or Refund

Once we review your request, we'll arrange the most suitable resolution.

Where stock is available, we'll happily send you a replacement at no additional cost.

If a replacement isn't available, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes our quality inspection. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.
